The most "cool and aloof" princess......

Basic information:

Rui En (simplified Chinese: 瑞恩; pinyin: Ruì'ēn; stage name for Lu Rui En, 卢瑞恩, born January 29, 1981) is a Chinese Singaporean singer-actress.

Rui En was talent-spotted while appearing in SingTel's popular SingTel hi!Card commercial as the iconic "running girl" in 2001. She was then offered a general management contract by Artiste Networks, a section of Hype Records, which is headed by singer/songwriter Ken Lim and is known for retaining only the best artistes with the most potential on its tenure.

For her fanbase, she has an increasing pool of supporters in Singapore. RBKD (瑞不可当) is her official fan club recognized by herself and Hype Records. Accordingly to the group, the name was inspired from the Chinese idiom, 锐不可当, which shares the same hanyu pinyin as the fan group's name. And in this context, the group's name is to mean 'Rui En cannot be stopped'.

Rui En was educated at Singapore Chinese Girls' School and Raffles Junior College for her secondary and pre-tertiary education respectively .

And despite of hectic schedule, she managed to graduate from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Business in 2004, specializing in Banking and Finance.

The most sweet romantic princess out of all of them.....

Basic information:Fiona Xie Wan Yu (simplified Chinese: 谢宛谕; pinyin: Xiè Wǎnyù; born January 24, 1982) is a Singaporean television actress.

Rise to fame:Xie, who was studying in St. Hilda's Secondary School, was spotted by a talent scout at the age of fifteen. She modelled for numerous print and television commercials in Singapore and Hong Kong before joining MediaCorp Studios as a full-time artiste in 2001.

Xie made her acting debut when she was cast as a nurse in the local hit drama series, Growing Up. Her convincing acting landed her one of her most recognisable roles in the sitcom, My Genie. In 2001, she won "Best Newcomer Award" at Mediacorp's Star Awards after just over a year in show business, after overcoming much criticism about her fake American accent.[citation needed]

Of late, Xie has become known for her talents as a bilingual variety show hostess, in particular of the long-running series, City Beat. She has since hosted other variety shows, such as the photography-based "Say Cheez" for Channel 8, and introducing celebrities' favourite hawker foods in "Coffee Talk and Hawker Woks" for Channel 5. Recently she and actor Ben Yeo also hosted the travel show "Weekend Escapade".

In 2004, Xie made the news when she had to run with Jeanette Aw, Xiao Qiao and Felicia Chin, in bikinis, along the crowded Orchard Road for the drama series "The Champion". She later admitted in an interview that she wore another bikini top underneath, to prevent accidental exposure. That scene alone earned Fiona the nickname of "Boing Boing".

Besides her work as host and actress, Xie has also endorsed numerous products because of her popularity with the mainstream population. These range from Marigold juices to Osim massage products.

In 2005, Fiona was voted as sexiest woman for the "FHM Top 100 Sexiest Women Singapore" list, even though she had never posed for FHM before. She continued to be ranked among the Top 10 for the FHM lists in the next 3 years.

In 2006, Fiona attempted her first villain role as a spoilt diamond heiress in the drama series An Enchanted Life, starring alongside Yvonne Lim and Pierre Png.

In 2007, Fiona Xie took part in the second season of the Singapore Edition of Deal or No Deal, where her winnings would go to a selected charity organisation. The episode aired on November 22 2007.

Fiona appeared in her second film project and first ever international film, "Rule #1", directed by local filmmaker Kelvin Tong. The film starred HK actors Ekin Cheng and Shawn Yue, and debuted in Singapore and Malaysia on 13 March 2008.

Fiona starred in a MediaCorp Channel 8 Mandarin drama titled "Just in Singapore" which has been airing since March 2008. She plays a kind-hearted tomboy who sells chicken wings at bazaars and sings ge-tai during the Lunar Seventh Month.

Fiona starred in a MediaCorp Channel 5 sitcom titled "Calefare", which starred Gurmit Singh, Benjamin Heng, Mastura Ahmad and Vadi PVSS. She played a calafare named Joleen Wee, a singer wannabe who actually cannot sing, and often expressed herself in terms of quotes like "eyes wide open", "laugh out loud" and so on.

Fiona Xie was originally slated to be in the Channel 8 2009 year-end blockbuster, Together. She would have been playing the second female lead, the biggest role that she has ever gotten. It was announced on 15th July 2009 that she has pulled out of Together because she has private matters to attend to. She made the news once again for the sudden disappearing act, which none of the local celebrities would dare to do. Although the exact reason behind this has yet to be determined, some of the co-stars provided hints that Xie had expressed discomfort in sdoing this role. Xie is also the lead actress in her up-coming movie, 'Fist of Dragon" making it her 3rd movie. Local artiste Eelyn Kok would eventually replace her role in Together. She is placed along the likes of other young actresses such as Jesseca Liu, Jeanette Aw, Joanne Peh, Rui En, Felicia Chin and Dawn Yeoh, widely known as The Mediacorp 7 princesses.

On 2 September 2009, Channel NewsAsia carried news reports that Fiona had quit MediaCorp [1], but that was later disputed by another news article

Jeanette Aw...the ever-famous princess since little nonya...

Basic information:Jeanette Aw (simplified Chinese: 欧萱; pinyin: Ōu Xuān; born June 28, 1979) is a television actress from Singapore.Born Jeanette Aw Ee-Ping (欧燕苹), she is the youngest of her parents' 3 children. She has an elder brother & sister. She attended Raffles Girls' Primary School, Crescent Girls' School, National Junior College and National University of Singapore consecutively.

Way to fame:Jeanette Aw was the champion (out of 6 contestants) of a talent search contest titled 'Route To Glamour', organised by the now defunct television network, MediaWorks. She was also awarded the Best Performer and Best Newcomer on the same year in her first year in Mediaworks. Later that year she was invited to co-star in a Taiwanese production.

2002–2009: Career Highlights

After a year of forgettable roles, Aw was asked to join Mediaworks' rival TV station for her talents, MediaCorp in 2002. Aw became one of its most radiant young stars. It was at MediaCorp where she truly shone. She changed her stage name from Aw Ee-Ping to the much simpler Ou Xuan. Jeanette starred in popular drama Beautiful Connection, and for only one drama in 2002, she bagged the Most Popular Newcomer Award in Star Awards.

In Aw's second year in Mediacorp, she gained popularity as the simple, slightly absent-minded but kind-hearted Mo Jingjing in the long-running drama "Holland V". She earned a Best Actress nomination for that role at the 2003 Star Awards, losing out to Chen Liping who played her oldest sister Mo Wanwan.Currently managed jointly by Hype Company (Artiste Network) and MediaCorp, she is now seen as one of the 3rd generation successors for the respected title of “Ah Jie” (big-sister), following the footsteps of veteran actress, Fann Wong.Jeanette now has a substantial fan base, a group of which is called “Jeanius”, a pun on the actress’ name and the word “genius”. This fan group is personally acknowledged by Aw herself, and thus draws flocks of supporters from around Singapore. Jeanius organises fan gatherings with Aw annually, and this is one of the many activities that the Jeanius members look forward to, besides Aw’s appearances on TV or elsewhere.Jeanette starred in the uber popular Singapore television serial, The Little Nyonya as 1st female lead, and her dual roles won her legions of fans and a truckload of endorsement deals. Jeanette was seen as the hot favourite to win Best Actress in Star Awards 2009, however lost to unexpected Joanne Peh in the same drama. On the actual night, Jeanette received her 5th Top 10 Most Popular Female Artiste Award. She is placed along the likes of other young actresses such as Jesseca Liu, Fiona Xie, Joanne Peh, Rui En, Felicia Chin and Dawn Yeoh, widely known as The 7 Princesses of Mediacorp.2009–present: Future projectsJeanette will be starring as 1st lead in new drama titled "New Beginnings". Jeanette Aw will take on a role as a local funeral director. White is the color symbol for Jeanette (as in 白事). A role of this nature will of course be an emotional roller coaster for Jeanette Aw. After all, it’s dealing with death. Is she the ‘Angel and Comforter’ destined to come into the life stories of her customers and their families or the ‘Devil’ that walks the last few hours with an empty soul? It is such a special role which will require Jeanette to balance the sensitivity of the topic without being overly melancholic… It is no doubt a challenging role and the Executive Producer (also the Writer) has faith in Jeanette to bring to life the emotional depth.
